Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• 15+ years of experience in gas turbine component design
• Experience with stress and finite element analysis including ANSYS Workbench

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of analysts in mechanical stress, life estimation, and rotor dynamics vibration analysis
• Plan, estimate, and track work across subsystems to meet aggressive product delivery schedules
• Mentor engineers in their technical development and oversee documentation of technical data
• Review engine/system test programs from a hardware design perspective and ensure objectives, limits, and data requirements are met
• Collaborate with design community to ensure products meet requirements and deliver robust, additive-enabled designs
