Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a Senior Manager, Mechanical Analysis to lead a small team focused on mechanical stress, life estimation, and rotor dynamics vibration analysis. The role requires strong leadership, a deep technical background, and the ability to guide and develop analysts.

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, planning work across subsystems, and ensuring analyses meet industry standards and program requirements. Security clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of experience in gas turbine component design.
• Experience managing people is desired.
• Experience with stress and finite element analysis using ANSYS.
• Strong understanding of design software tools (CAD, ANSYS, etc).
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Experience with additive manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of analysts and organize tasks with priorities.
• Plan, estimate, and track work across subsystems toward product milestones.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor engineers in technical development and performance.
• Oversee documentation and ensure design reviews align with requirements.
• Support additive design technologies and rapid prototyping methods.
