Job summary

Beehive Industries, located at Loveland, Ohio, seeks a Senior Manager, Mechanical Analysis to lead a small team of analysts in mechanical stress, life estimation, and rotor dynamics vibration analysis for jet propulsion systems.

You will mentor engineers, set priorities, coordinate schedules with cross-functional teams, and ensure designs meet industry standards while advancing additive manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• 15+ years of experience in gas turbine component design
• Experience managing people is desired
• Experience with stress and finite element analysis (ANSYS Workbench)
• Strong CAD/design software proficiency (CAD, ANSYS)
• Familiarity with GD&T and additive manufacturing principles
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance (US Citizenship)

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of analysts in mechanical stress, life estimation, and rotor dynamics vibration analysis
• Plan, estimate, and track work across subsystems to meet aggressive delivery schedules
• Mentor engineers and oversee development of analysis methods and standards
• Coordinate schedules with systems, program management, and design teams
• Review test programs, objectives, instrumentation, and data requirements for component validation
• Support design reviews and ensure product durability while balancing trade-offs
