Job summary

Albuquerque International is seeking a skilled automotive maintenance mechanic to perform complex repairs on mechanical engines and diesel systems. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic defects across a range of vehicles and equipment, read blueprints and wiring diagrams, and ensure operational readiness through precise testing and calibration.

The role requires ASE certification, a valid New Mexico CDL (Class A or B), and COP within 6 months of hire; EVT/AC Recovery or Brake

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of technical automotive training; 3 years of automotive maintenance/repair experience.
• ASE certification required; CDL Class A or B; COP within 6 months from hire; EVT/AC Recovery or Brake Repair certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex maintenance and repair of mechanical engines and diesel systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic defects in a variety of vehicles and equipment.
• Read blueprints and schematics; read and interpret wiring diagrams and hydraulic systems.
