Total Equipment Management in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a skilled Service Technician who diagnoses and repairs construction equipment. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of diesel-powered machines to ensure they leave the shop safe and reliable.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical certification in Diesel Technology.
2–5 years of experience repairing diesel-powered construction or heavy equipment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues on diesel-powered equipment.
Repair, rebuild, and replace engines, fuel systems, hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and related components.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment check-in procedures.
Document repairs, diagnostics, work orders, parts usage, and labor hours accurately.
Utilize manufacturer service software and diagnostic tools.
Follow manufacturer specifications and company repair standards to ensure high-quality workmanship.
