Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sr. Mech & Robotics Tech for our client in Windsor, CT.

The role focuses on leading service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment, while supporting the Operations Maintenance team with design solutions and project management. The ideal candidate will train and mentor technicians, promote safety, and maintain conveyors and control components to keep operations efficiently running.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems and managing projects.
• Train, mentor, and develop service and contract technicians to enhance team capabilities.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, including electrical and control components, to ensure optimal operation.
