Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mech & Robotics Tech in Windsor, CT to support the Operations Maintenance team. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment, install automated packaging and distribution systems, and uphold safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, PC skills, and the ability to lift up to 49 lbs. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of PC experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance with accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE.
