ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sr. Mech & Robotics Tech for our client in Windsor, CT.

The role focuses on leading service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment, while supporting the Operations Maintenance team with design solutions and project management. The ideal candidate will train and mentor technicians, promote safety, and maintain conveyors and control components to keep operations efficiently running.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Our client, an industry leader in logistics and distribution, is seeking a Sr. Mech & Robotics Tech to join their team. As a Sr. Mech & Robotics Tech, you will be part of the Operations Maintenance department supporting the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Mech & Robotics Tech

Location: Windsor, CT

Pay Range: $36.70/hr.

What's the Job?

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.




• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.




• At least 1 year of experience with PC competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.




• Physical ability to move up to 49 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks during long shifts.




• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
