Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Direct and coordinate activities of operations staff.
• Read charts, orders, and schedules to determine production needs.
• Confer with superintendents to coordinate departments.
• Plan work schedules, assignments, and production sequences.
• Inspect materials and equipment for defects.
• Train new employees on equipment operations and safety.
• Resolve worker problems and grievances with management.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
