Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a seasoned operations leader for a management role in a high-volume meat processing facility. The position requires directing production teams, enforcing safety and sanitation standards, and coordinating across departments to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience in beef/pork/poultry operations, excellent organizational and conflict-resolution skills, and strong computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in beef/pork/poultry operations is required.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate production teams.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Direct and coordinate activities of employees engaged in operations (inspecting, cutting, etc.).
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and reports to determine production requirements.
• Coordinate with superintendents to align departmental activities.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet goals.
• Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Demonstrate equipment operations and safety procedures to new employees.
• Resolve worker problems or grievances with management.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders and company policies for workers.
• Other duties as assigned.
