Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in a meat processing facility; pork or beef preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, USDA and HAACP regulations.
• Standard computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leader, problem solver, team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee designated shift operations and supervise production supervisors.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food safety; maintain labor standards and productivity metrics.
• Coordinate with department heads to meet production yields and quality goals.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and maintain records and reports.
• Solve problems with sound follow-up and provide training as needed.
