Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must complete all job required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if selected.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Maintain indepth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to ensure quality and inventory.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience for members.
• Drive business results and profitability while adhering to company policies and maintaining high quality standards.
• Act as a Talent Ambassador by training and mentoring others and upholding Walmart/Sam's Club values.
