Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Employee trainings and assessments must be completed within prescribed time period if selected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks and resources while delivering strong customer service.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment and backroom operations to process meat per specifications.
• Uses handheld technology to support quick, informed production decisions and ensure product quality.
• Drives profitability and efficiency by maintaining a clean, organized work area and proper packaging and labeling.
• Mentors other associates and supports training to meet department standards of service and quality.
• Follows company policies and procedures, upholding ethics and integrity in daily tasks.
