Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete required trainings and assessments as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team member and collaborate with cross-functional teams to serve members.
• Maintain knowledge of meat products, cut types, and in-store backroom operations to ensure quality.
• Leverage handheld tech to improve sales, training, and product quality with customers in mind.
• Drive profitability and maintain high standards of cleanliness, stocking, and shrink control.
• Mentor others, promote high-quality service, and support store leadership.
