• Be a Team Member clearly collaborating with cross functional teams and educating others on tools, tasks and resources.
• Be an Expert maintaining knowledge of meat products, cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping per specs and safety standards.
• Be a Techie using handheld devices to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Be an Owner driving profitability and ensuring quality, proper packaging and labeling.
