Sam's Club is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter in Allentown, PA to drive sales and ensure members receive high-quality meat products. You will work with associates to maintain in-stock levels, quality, and packaging while following safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping, and providing expert service to members. A 6-month background in fresh production and being 18+ are required, with meat processing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Meat processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute meat cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping to specs.
• Maintain food safety standards, sanitation and inventory control.
• Operate and sanitize equipment and tools used in meat processing.
• Assist members with purchases and provide friendly service.
• Collaborate with team to meet member expectations and club goals.
