Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to drive sales and deliver high-quality meat products to members. You will work with associates to ensure freshness, proper packaging, and compliance with safety standards while leveraging digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

You'll be part of a team focused on operational excellence, shrink control, and accuracy in pricing and labeling, contributing to profitable, members-first service in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Assist in processing meat according to specifications—cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping.
• Maintain in-stock levels and manage inventory, sanitation and equipment upkeep.
• Leverage handheld tech to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Support profitability, operational excellence and adherence to company policies.
