Job summary

Sam's Club in Missouri is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter responsible for driving area sales and delivering quality meat products to members. You will collaborate with teammates to educate others, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards.

You will work with hand-held tech for daily decisions, assist in training associates, and ensure high-quality service and proper product packaging. This role emphasizes efficiency and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of required trainings and assessments within the stated period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates and deliver customer service.
• Process meat to specifications including cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping while maintaining safety and sanitation.
• Utilize handheld tech to drive sales, training and product quality and respond to operational needs.
• Maintain inventory, monitor in-stock levels, and control shrinkage while ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
