Qualifications

• 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicating effectively and developing interpersonal skills for providing customer service, being flexible to business needs, tracking goods, maintaining in-stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
• Be an Expert; maintains in-depth knowledge of the types and seasonality of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations; processes meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping); ensures food safety standards and inventory management.
• Be a Techie; leverages handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and associate engagement, and make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner; drives business results, ensures operational excellence, plans for profitability, maintains a clean area per policies, ensures quality for high-volume meat products, eliminates waste, secures fragile inventory, assists members with purchasing decisions and proper packaging/labeling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador; advocates for the department and club by valuing the member experience, models high-quality service, and assists in training others.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by implementing related action plans and applying Open Door Policy; executes business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments by using policies and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers, identifying priorities and deadlines, and adapting to change.
