Job summary

Sam's Club in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to drive sales and deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products, maintain product freshness, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards while coordinating with team members.

You will lead by example, educate associates on tools, tasks and resources, and apply handheld technology to improve operations and product quality.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills to provide customer service.
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products according to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate, maintain and sanitize meat processing equipment.
