Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• I acknowledge that I must complete all trainings and assessments as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of meat types, seasonality, equipment usage, and backroom operations.
• Uses handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and monitor product quality.
• Drives profitability and ensures area cleanliness, labeling, packaging, and storage of meat products.
