Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Provide customer service and maintain high in-stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping).
• Utilize handheld technology to inform production decisions and ensure product quality.
• Maintain equipment and sanitize work areas according to food safety standards.
