Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of meat products, equipment usage and backroom operations; process meat according to specifications and ensure compliance with food safety standards and inventory management; operate, maintain and sanitize equipment.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training and product quality for members.
• Drive business results and profitability; maintain a clean, compliant work area; ensure quality and standards for high‑volume meat products; minimize waste and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Advocate for the department and the club by delivering high quality service and products, training others, and aligning with store policies.
• Comply with company policies and ethical standards by implementing action plans and using open door policy.
• Complete work assignments using policies and data, collaborating with managers and customers, communicating progress and adapting to change.
