Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to complete trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and resources.
• Cuts, slices, grinds and wraps meat to specifications while ensuring safety and quality.
• Maintains inventory levels, reduces shrinkage and uses handheld devices for decisions.
• Drives profitability and quality by upselling and assisting members with selections.
• Mentors teammates and upholds Walmart values and policies.
