Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources to provide customer service and manage inventory.
• Maintains knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, sanitation guidelines, and backroom operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Leverages handheld technology to drive sales and assist in production decisions with the member in mind.
• Drives the business results with focus on profitability, quality standards, and proper packaging and labeling of meat products.
