Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate others on tools and resources.
• Operate, maintain and sanitize meat cutting equipment and backroom areas.
• Process meat according to specifications: cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping.
• Ensure food safety standards and inventory management are met.
