Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

1. Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service. Be flexible to the needs of the business, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
3. Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality, encouraging others to adopt these tools.
4. Owner: Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring product quality, and properly packaging and storing merchandise. Assist members with purchasing decisions and prevent waste.
5. Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, prioritize the member experience, model high-quality service, train and mentor team members, and recognize contributions.
6. Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards. Implement action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and adapt to feedback and change.
7. Complete work assignments by setting priorities, collaborating with team members, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
