Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates, communicate effectively, develop interpersonal skills, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment, and operations; process meat according to specifications; ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards; operate and sanitize equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld technology for business decisions, training, and quality assurance.
4. Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain work areas, assist members with purchasing, and ensure proper packaging and storage.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, model company values, train and mentor others, and foster a culture of belonging.
