Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills for customer service. Be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and operate and sanitize equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions, adapt to new tools, and encourage their use.
4. Be an Owner: Drive business results, maintain operational excellence, plan for profitability, ensure product quality, eliminate waste, secure merchandise, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high-quality service, and assist in training associates.
6. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and complete work assignments effectively.
