Position Summary...
As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; develop interpersonal skills for customer service; be flexible to business needs; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment, and backroom operations; process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping); ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards; operate and sanitize equipment.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and boost associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage their use.
- Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a clean and safe work area, ensure product quality, minimize waste, secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise, assist members with purchasing, and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member experience, modeling high-quality service, and training associates to perform duties effectively.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these principles in business practices.
- Complete work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers and colleagues; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; identifying improvement opportunities; and adapting to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00*. Actual pay will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
Minimum Qualifications...
6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
I acknowledge that completing all required trainings and assessments is necessary if I am offered the position.
