Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintain knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and operate equipment.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and engagement. Utilize handheld technology for real-time business decisions and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, model best practices, and assist in training team members.
• Comply with company policies and ethical standards, and complete work assignments effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
