Job summary

Responsibilities include route coordination, daily route sheets, invoicing, data entry in SERV Tracker, and assisting at congregate sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Human Services.
• 1 year experience in related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Computer proficiency; MS Word and MS Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, record and follow up route and participant changes for all clients in the specified areas.
• Print daily route sheets and ensure proper meal labeling and delivery sequence.
• Input weekly invoices into Nutrition Spend down and verify accuracy.
• Enter new client Form 5 data into SERV Tracker for MOW and congregate programs.
• Provide support at congregate meal sites and maintain organized records.
