The Senior Hub - Meals on Wheels of Fairfield County is seeking a dependable Nutrition Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition Department in a part-time role. You will assist with clerical tasks, inventory, and other duties that keep our programs running smoothly.

As a large nonprofit serving Fairfield County, we value accuracy, teamwork, and community service. A valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to support deliveries and events.

Qualifications

• Clerical or office administration experience.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries, inventory management, and warehouse operations
• Review invoices for accuracy and manage vendor issues and credit memos
• Maintain accurate records and utilize agency software to generate daily reports
• Support Nutrition Services with clerical tasks
• Assist with planning and preparation for agency events involving Nutrition Services
• Provide support with kitchen duties and other Nutrition-related tasks as needed
• Oversee warehouse volunteers
