Lead automation with AI agents, build data operations, and ensure handover readiness from day one, documenting ownership so systems stay trustworthy and scalable.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in MDM, data governance, or enterprise data architecture.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion PDH/PIM experience required.
• Deep product development supply chain experience (NPI, engineering change, BOM).
• Hands-on PLM experience with engineering data (design to release).
• Cross-functional liaison between business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL.
• Track record of delivering in fixed-term engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product development master data domain and set governance standards.
• Maintain data quality and lifecycle integrity through NPI to launch.
• Prototype AI-powered data automation and establish handover readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, manufacturing, and finance.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate into actionable work.
