Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion experience with Product Data Hub / PIM.
• 12+ years in MDM, data governance or enterprise data architecture.
• Deep product development supply chain experience (NPI, ECO, BOM handoff).
• Hands-on PLM experience with design data, part/BOM structures, revisions and effectivity.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into engineering deliverables and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product development master data domain and governance model across engineering, planning, manufacturing and finance.
• Ensure data quality and lifecycle integrity through NPIs, changes, and launches.
• Lead automation initiatives by designing AI-assisted master data operations and validation workflows.
• Prototype solutions using AI coding assistants and document ownership to enable handover and scalability.
