Qualifications

12+ years in MDM, data governance, or enterprise data architecture.
Hands-on Oracle Fusion experience with PDH/PIM, item master, and catalog config.
Strong product development supply chain knowledge: NPI, engineering change, BOM maturation.
Hands-on PLM experience with part/BOM structures and engineering change orders.
Proven ability to translate business needs into engineering deliverables and manage stakeholders.
Demonstrable AI tooling and prompt engineering work with hands-on capability.
Proficiency in Python or SQL for building and debugging data workflows.

Responsibilities

Own the product development master data domain across engineering, planning, manufacturing, and finance.
Govern standards, definitions, and stewardship for product, item, and supplier data.
Drive data quality, lifecycle integrity, and readiness through NPI and launch.
Design and build agentic master data operations with AI-enabled automation.
