Job summary

McKesson seeks a Senior MDM Governance Policy & Knowledge Enablement Specialist to strengthen governance policies, standards, SOPs, and learning content that support Enterprise Master Data Management. You will ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with compliance requirements.

This role partners with Data Owners, Data Stewards, MDM Operations, compliance, technology, and business teams. You will lead policy governance, design training, and drive user adoption while supporting ERP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Governance, MDM, policy/knowledge management, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing governance artifacts (policies, standards, SOPs, work instructions, process docs).
• Experience establishing document lifecycle practices, taxonomies, templates, ownership models.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of MDM policies, standards, SOPs, work instructions, and governance artifacts.
• Lead development and governance of Enterprise MDM Knowledge Hub and related environments.
• Design role-based training, onboarding materials, and self-service learning resources.
• Measure training effectiveness and adoption and improve content accordingly.
• Partner with Governance, MDM Operations, Compliance, Technology and business teams.
• Support ERP modernization, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives.
