Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant professional experience in data governance or data management
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience
• Experience implementing or operating data governance programs in a complex organization
• Ability to translate governance policies into operational processes
• Strong communication and change-management skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of domain data analysts and data stewards
• Implement and maintain the data enablement framework with policies and standards
• Operationalize governance across data quality, metadata, lineage, and cataloging
• Partner with data officers, IT security, legal, compliance and technology teams
• Define and monitor data enablement metrics and drive adoption of new services
• Promote compliance with data privacy requirements and internal security policies
