Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced MBSE/Systems Engineer to apply MBSE and Digital Engineering across the full system lifecycle, supporting digital transformation initiatives and aligning with the Systems Integration team.

You will collaborate across multi-disciplinary engineering groups to improve modeling standards and governance, driving engineering maturity and consistency. An active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) preferred.
8+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Apply MBSE and Digital Engineering practices across the full system engineering lifecycle.
Support program and customer Digital Transformation initiatives, including roadmap development and implementation.
Provide MBSE and systems engineering support to the Systems Integration (SI) team.
Collaborate across multi-disciplinary engineering teams to drive digital continuity, configuration management, and model governance.
Contribute to MBSE best practices, templates, and modeling standards.
