Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to perform Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) in support of enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration. The role requires active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and collaboration with government stakeholders within a SCIF.

You will apply MBSE and Digital Engineering to define architecture, manage interfaces, and ensure requirements traceability to solutions, contributing to engineering maturity and digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred.
• Experience with MBSE and model-based design methodologies.
• Experience with defense/aerospace architectures and DT engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply MBSE and Digital Engineering across the system lifecycle.
• Support Digital Transformation roadmaps and implementation.
• Provide MBSE support to the Systems Integration team ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to enable digital continuity and model governance.
• Develop MBSE best practices, templates, and modeling standards.
