Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) preferred.
Active TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government clearance required prior to start.
Experience with MBSE and digital engineering practices.
Experience with architecture frameworks and defense/aerospace environments.
Experience with systems engineering processes (requirements, architecture, integration, verification & validation).

Responsibilities

Apply MBSE and Digital Engineering practices across the full system engineering lifecycle.
Support program and customer Digital Transformation initiatives, including roadmap development and implementation.
Provide MBSE and systems engineering support to the Systems Integration (SI) team, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Collaborate across multi-disciplinary engineering teams to drive digital continuity, configuration management, and model governance.
Contribute to the development of MBSE best practices, templates, and modeling standards to elevate engineering maturity.
