Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Advanced Systems Engineer (Finance) to drive model-based systems engineering across aircraft systems. You will develop and maintain requirements databases in DOORS NG, build SysML models in CAMEO, and support IBM ELM tool development with a focus on traceability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 4+ years of systems engineering/RBE experience in aerospace.
• Proficiency with DOORS NG and Jira; SysML tools such as CAMEO; familiarity with lifecycle traceability and V-model processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level requirements into structured models with end-to-end traceability.
• Create and maintain SysML-based models using CAMEO for system architecture and interfaces.
• Ensure compliance and change management for system plans and documentation.
• Model and manage interfaces across aircraft, propulsion, avionics, and sensors.
• Collaborate with design and test teams to use system models for verification planning.
