Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Senior Advanced MBSE Engineer to drive MBSE adoption across Air, Thermal Systems, and Control teams. You will work on Cameo-based MBSE models for multiple aircraft programs in a hybrid Tempe, AZ or Torrance, CA setting.

You will lead pilot projects, mentor teammates, and coordinate with DOORS NG and Teamcenter to enable Digital Thread integrations. Strong MBSE tool knowledge and SysML expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Aerospace systems, control development or hardware/software experience.
• Strong knowledge of MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM Rhapsody) and methodologies (e.g., SysML).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with complex systems and requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement and maintain MBSE reference models and style guides in Cameo.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt MBSE processes and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, training and support for MBSE tools.
• Develop Digital Thread integration use cases between Cameo and DOORS NG/Teamcenter.
• Lead MBSE pilot projects and proposal responses.
