Job summary

Aero Simulation, Inc. is seeking an MBSE Systems Engineer to support large-scale aerospace programs. You will implement SysML-based modeling using Cameo, maintain system architecture models, and ensure traceability across the lifecycle.

Collaboration across software, hardware, cybersecurity, and test teams will be essential to ensure a coherent digital engineering environment. Responsibilities include architecture development, verification planning, and supporting technical reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems, electrical, aerospace, software or related engineering field.
• 3+ years of systems engineering or MBSE experience for MBSE I/5+ years for MBSE II/8+ years for MBSE III.
• Experience with SysML-based MBSE tools and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SysML MBSE system architecture models across lifecycle.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability, interface management, and verification planning.
• Collaborate with software/hardware/test teams for system integration & reviews.
• Lead architecture evaluations, trade studies, and risk assessments.
• Develop modeling standards and governance; communicate results to leadership.
