Job summary

Parry Labs, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with MBSE and V&V expertise to manage system requirements, architectures, and verification strategies. The candidate will ensure traceability from concept to verification, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to meet mission requirements.

The role requires advanced MBSE skills, SysML proficiency, and the ability to work with Jama and Cameo. A security clearance may be required in this DoD-aligned environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems engineering focusing on MBSE and V&V
• Proficiency with Cameo MBSE tool and SysML
• Experience with Jama for requirements management
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance if required

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE efforts with models, architectures, and design specs using Cameo
• Develop and manage system requirements with full traceability from concept to verification using Jama and Cameo
• Define and execute verification and validation strategies, including test planning and requirements validation
• Conduct system analyses, trade studies, and technical assessments to optimize performance
• Support RAM considerations and coordinate with hardware/test teams on reliability requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with mission requirements
• Utilize modeling and simulation to assess system performance and inform decisions
• Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and reviews
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
