Job summary

Parry Labs, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with MBSE and Requirements & Verification expertise to lead system modeling, architecture, and verification efforts. You will manage requirements traceability end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mission-aligned design and compliant verification strategies.

The role requires 8+ years in systems engineering, proficiency with Cameo and Jama, experience with TestRail, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

8+ years of systems engineering experience with MBSE and verification.
Proficiency with MBSE tools (Cameo) and SysML.
Experience with requirements management (Jama) and test management (TestRail).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Eng, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead MBSE efforts including development of system models, architectures, and design specifications using Cameo.
Develop and manage system requirements, ensuring full traceability from concept to verification using Jama and Cameo.
Define and execute verification and validation (V&V) strategies, including test planning, requirements validation, and compliance verification.
Conduct system analyses, trade studies, and technical assessments to optimize performance and ensure design feasibility.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system design aligns with overall mission requirements.
Utilize modeling and simulation to assess system performance and support design decisions.
Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and reviews to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
