Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering with MBSE and R&V.
• Proficiency with MBSE tools, specifically Cameo.
• Familiarity with SysML and requirements management tools (Jama).
• Experience with test management tools (TestRail).
• Strong communication and ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE efforts, developing system models and architectures using Cameo.
• Develop and manage system requirements with full traceability from concept to verification (Jama, Cameo).
• Define and execute verification/validation strategies including test planning and compliance verification.
• Conduct analyses, trade studies, and technical assessments to optimize performance.
• Coordinate RAM considerations and hardware/test team collaboration for failure reporting and corrective action.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and reviews for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
