Job summary

Parry Labs is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with MBSE and Requirements & Verification expertise to develop and manage system requirements, architectures, and verification strategies for complex defense-grade systems. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and adherence to high reliability and security standards.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in systems engineering, proficiency with Cameo, SysML, Jama, and TestRail, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• MBSE experience with system modelling and architecture
• Proficiency in SysML and MBSE tools (Cameo preferred)
• Experience with requirements management tools (Jama)
• Experience with test management tools (TestRail)
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE efforts including development of system models and architectures using Cameo.
• Develop and manage system requirements with full traceability from concept to verification (Jama).
• Define and execute verification and validation strategies including test planning and evidence.
• Conduct analyses, trade studies, and assessments to optimize performance and feasibility.
• Coordinate RAM considerations with hardware and test teams; address failures and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with mission requirements.
• Utilize modeling and simulation to assess performance and support decisions.
• Prepare technical docs, reports, and reviews for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
