Job summary

Parry Labs is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with MBSE and R&V expertise to lead system modeling, requirements, and verification across complex architectures. You will ensure traceability from concept to verification and align hardware/software considerations with mission needs.

The role requires strong MBSE tooling (Cameo) and SysML, plus experience with Jama for requirements management and TestRail for tests. A security clearance is a potential requirement.

Qualifications

• Experience in MBSE and Requirements & Verification (R&V) across system lifecycles.
• Proficiency with MBSE tools (Cameo) and SysML modeling.
• Experienced in requirements management and test planning.
• Familiarity with DoD/aerospace engineering standards and practices.
• Strong communication for stakeholder presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE activities, develop system models and architectures.
• Create and manage system requirements with full traceability.
• Define verification strategies, tests, and validation plans.
• Coordinate RAM considerations with hardware and test teams.
• Prepare technical docs and support reviews with stakeholders.
