Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Technical Engineer with 8+ years of MAS experience to lead installation, configuration, upgrades, and integration efforts in a secure, scalable MAS environment supporting NASA enterprise operations.

You will design and implement enterprise integration architectures, manage API security, and develop automation scripts in Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable MAS

Qualifications

8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
Advanced IBM Maximo architecture, automation scripting, the MIF, and REST API integrations.
Extensive hands‑on experience with BIRT reporting and Power BI, including data modeling.
Linux operating systems expertise, scripting, and performance management.
MAS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and patching.
OpenShift containerization and MAS deployments.
Knowledge of MAS licensing and large‑scale deployments.
Automation scripting with Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
Familiarity with secure API management and authentication frameworks.
Strong communication with cross‑functional teams.
Experience using Jira Service Management for issue tracking.

Responsibilities

Lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
Lead technical design of enterprise integration architecture for NASA systems.
Define API messages, error handling, and monitoring strategies for integrations.
Develop automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
Configure and support Maximo Mobile, including SSO authentication.
Manage MAS user synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID.
Perform data modeling to support BI reporting needs.
